Pizzeria BiancoPizzeria Bianco Average User Rating: Pizzeria Bianco serves pizza with a passion in this small establishment in Heritage Square (wthin Copper Square downtown Phoenix). The wood-fired brick oven imported from Italy may be part of reason for the outstanding ratings, but the restaurant also takes great pains to serve organic produce and home made mozzarella cheese. Pizzeria Bianco's popularity makes it difficult to get into, but the restaurant does offer a wine and beer bar in a restored craftsman house next door as a cozy place to wait.
