This is a one-of-a-kind that every local should experience and then take their out-of-town guests.  Aside from the unique format of being greeted by a steer penned at the door and sliding down a chute for entering the 'hideout', aka the restaurant, the food is actually good, and Rustler's Rooste is where you can have your first experience of rattlesnake cuisine.    Massive prime rib and T-bones also headline the menu.  Perched on top a hill with a fabulous view at Pointe South Mountain Resort, it has also been reviewed as 'romantic'.  Live country music is featured 7 days a week.
