Performances take place in the 838-seat Virginia G. Piper Theater and the 136-seat Stage 2 Theater in the Scottsdale Center for the Arts building, and the 326-seat Theater 4301 in the Galleria Corporate Centre. The Scottsdale Center for the Arts hosts the annual Scottsdale Arts Festival in March each year. The Scottsdale Arts Festival has been ranked first in American Style Magazine's annual "Top 10 Art Fairs and Festivals" readers' poll for 2005.
