Bamboo Club got its start at the Biltmore Fashion Park, but it now has several locations with one in Tempe and north in Desert Ridge Marketplace.  Bamboo Club has been rated No.1 Asian Restaurant by Ranking Arizona Magazine for 2004-2006.   Menus change however, dishes of special note are the wokked chicken in plum sauce with plump plums and apricot ginger glazed lamb chops.   Many areas of the Far East inspire: Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam and Indonesia -- the crossing of the flavors adding to the unique and pleasing flavors.  For dessert, try the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie slightly baked and topped with vanilla bean ice-cream or the strawberry Napolean.
